This is the book that made the “Primal” / “Paleo” movement mainstream. It’s the most comprehensive description of what “Primal” or “Paleo” means, and how to live the lifestyle, not including just food but also things like getting enough sunshine.
I don’t endorse everything in this book as Sisson falls prey to being a man of one study but his writing is inspiring and motivating.
